My Analysis of “Magic” by Bruce Springsteen

Bruce Springsteen’s new album, entitled Magic has a track that may be for the magicians out there. Often times, magicians, love to collect music related to magic to play in their programs. However, until recently, all such music is old (The Police, Styx). Until recently, no new music related to magic has been produced. Will this Bruce Springsteen song make it into magician’s programs? To the hardcore magic crowd – yes and to those who want glitz – no. The song “Magic” is very acoustic and is just a little song to kick back to. Nothing loud like The Styx’s “Grand Illusion” or Heart’s “Magic Man.” You should really listen to the lyrics carefully as some political undertones possible exist. Overall, it’s a good song, but nothing too catchy.
